Corus Completes Acquisition of CLT From CTVglobemedia

Corus Entertainment Inc.announced today that the Company's acquisition of CLT (Canadian Learning
Television) from CTVglobemedia is complete.

The Canadian Radio-television and
Telecommunications Commission approved the acquisition on August 22, 2008 and Corus took over ownership and operation of CLT on September 1, 2008.
