Canadian Broadcasting Corporation will carry a live Web stream of all four days of cricket contests as Canada takes on the U.S. in one of sports longest running rivalries.

The 2012 Auty Cup Tour is a four-day series of cricket matches between Canada and the United States being played from Nov. 14-17 at Central Broward County International Cricket Stadium in Florida.

Starting with today’s two-day Auty Cup match from the Central Broward Regional Park in Lauderhill, FL, the online match coverage between the US and Canada is seen as a continuation of a sports rivalry that extends back more than 150 years.

Canada and the U.S. are believed to have first played a cricket match against each other in 1844, which may make it the world’s oldest sports rivalry.

After a 16-year gap in which they did not play each other, Canada and the U.S. renewed their rivalry last year in Toronto, with Canada retaining the Auty Cup.

Following the Auty Cup match, Canada and the U.S. will compete in a 50-over match on Friday, Nov. 16, and a pair of T20 matches on Saturday, Nov. 17.
