New digital out-of-home advertising opportunities are being offered to local retail and regional businesses in Ontario, with the launch of new location-based digital media and advertising services.
Beginning this month, Toronto-based ADCentricity Corporation is launching its ADLocal service in a number of locations in Belleville, Cambridge, Kingston, Kitchener, and Waterloo.
As part of the launch of ADLocal in the Waterloo region, ADCentricity has partnered with Guelph, ON-based Intrigue Media, operator of a network of digital screens for operations such as Service Ontario and Boston Pizza.
Local real estate agents, auto dealerships, restaurants, and other small business owners in the target markets will be targeted for DOOH products, services and promotional opportunities by the partnership.
“ADLocal exposes the power of location-based digital media to local businesses and opens up the medium for them to reach customers in their community,” described Brian Hewlitt, COO of ADCentricity. “To local businesses in a smaller market, looking for reach and frequency, ADCentricity is introducing a new, valuable and relevant advertising medium that is unique in scale, price-point and ease of deployment.”
ADCentricity says it plans on expanding its ADLocal service into additional markets in Ontario in 2013, and is completing arrangements with partners to launch the initiative in BC and Alberta.
