TeraGo Networks Inc., a Thornhill, ON-based national broadband service provider, has introduced its VLAN service to Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo.

Designed to help meet the growing communication needs of local businesses, the service provides connectivity between organizations and their offices and facilities in the region, and across Canada, the company describes.

TeraGo owns and operates a carrier-grade, fixed wireless, IP communications network in Canada targeting businesses that require broadband Internet access and data connectivity services.

“We recognized that the rapid growth rate of businesses in Canada’s Technology Triangle (Cambridge, Kitchener, and Waterloo) is driving the demand for innovative broadband connectivity options that meet their unique data communications needs,” said Bryan Boyd, president and CEO, TeraGo Networks, in a release. “Our VLAN solution is optimized to offer these growing markets a fast and reliable broadband alternative to what traditional carriers provide. VLAN delivers the truly diverse data connectivity needed to support mission-critical applications used by organizations in this region.”

TeraGo Networks is a wholly owned subsidiary of TeraGo Inc. (TSX: TGO).
