Quebecor Media is working with Dot2Dot Communications to deliver digital signage and ad display content in Société de transport de Montréal’s (STM) bus shelters.
Dot2Dot will use its centrally installed, remotely accessible media management system called Ad Manager to manage and maintain the network of more than 1,350 bus shelters throughout the city.
The recent deal with the Société marks its foray into outdoor advertising, and Quebecor Media says it will combine its creative team and media strength with the software platform to deliver targeted out of home ad campaigns and related services, including installation and network hosting to content strategy, creative design, scheduling, and audience measurement.
"We are very pleased and proud both to have won this highly competitive bid to provide a media management system to a company of Quebecor Media's stature and importance, and to have met the aggressive timelines of going from signature to fully implemented in less than six weeks," said Andy McRae, general manager for Dot2Dot Communications, in a release.
Ad Manager supports digital signage inventory and campaign management, the company added, with key performance information, automated proposals with targeted maps and photos, day-parting capabilities, billing, leasing, maintenance and more.
Based in Toronto, Dot2Dot is the sole Canadian distributorship for the global digital signage software company, Scala Inc. Dot2Dot Communications is independently owned.
