Moses Znaimer, pioneering media entrepreneur, broadcast radio and TV operator and founder of Zoomer Media, is taking on another media platform - ebooks.
The Zoomer Philosophy is the title for a new series of ebooks from Znaimer and Jay Teitel. Available online now in Volume 1, the on-going series will eventually be offered as entire volumes or individual chapters. Volume 3 is already planned for release next March.
Inspired by Hugh Hefner’s The Playboy Philosophy, Znaimer says he originally set out to write 10 chapters on what he considers to be today’s last taboo – age and aging.
“The best way to keep going is to keep going,” writes Moses who shares the secrets and the science to living better, longer, healthier, happier, richer, and yes, sexier too!
Znaimer’s never-ending eBook concept is targeted to the 45plus demographic, currently a dominant 15.1 million in Canada alone. The 45plus are the primary users of eReaders. According to PMB Highlights (Fall2012), 1.8 million Canadians 45plus currently own a tablet or eReader and account for 40 percent of all tablet/eReader owners in Canada.
“In a market flooded with eBooks, this series stands out because it is a digital media experience tailored for the 45plus crowd both in terms of subject matter and design. It is highly readable, both visually and topically,” said McLean Greaves, VP Digital, ZoomerMedia Limited.
Volume 1 will be available as a free download during an introductory holiday offering; after January 1st, online ebook sales begin with staggered pricing levels.
